Great customer care. When I was in town to visit my mom I had a car emergency and they checked it right away so too make sure I was safe for the 300 mile drive home. Hubertus Car Care has been wonderful! I have gone to them for brakes, oil changes, new tires and front end alignment. Tom the owner is very kind and eager to help with any car issues. Their pricing beats any dealerships in the area! I love how you can drop your car off the night before and leave the keys in a drop box to make the morning less stressful. I fully trust them to work on my vehicle and not try to rip you off. I have used them as a second opinion as well to find out the other dealership is trying to push unnecessary treatment for my car. I highly recommended this place!

Tom is a great guy, the work he does is Amazing for the Exact item you bring your vehicle in for, that is why I gave him 4 stars. His is over the Moon compared to ANY service I've had with other places. However, the couple of times I've asked him to check other things while he's had my vehicle in the shop there seems to have been a communication gap and it's fallen to the wayside and not gotten done. That is the only reason why he didn't get 5 stars. I would go back any day of the week and have.
