Max was my point person who was very respectful and meticulous in providing me with whatever information I requested and educated me on the process with the insurance companies and adjusters throughout the repair process. They brought my beautiful Model X back to life from an unfortunate accident that to the naked eye (seemed not too big of a deal) but needed a major overhaul underneath. They made it right in the end even though the repair took longer then expected…but that’s how Tesla repairs are while waiting for part availabilities. They do a lot of good work. And you should definitely consider using their services. My car actually drove better after the accident than from before. Completely surprised and faith has been restored. I took my car in for some body work and painting, and while the quality of the work was good, the service could have been better. The team was friendly, but there were some delays in getting my car back. I appreciated the updates, but I wish they had communicated more openly about the timeline. Pricing was reasonable for the services provided, and I felt like I got good value overall. I would consider returning for future repairs, but I hope they can improve their turnaround time.
