I guess it’s all good because it’s done now. But for future reference please make sure when purchasing your vehicle from here that you go over what the “warranties” cover! I’ve had my vehicle for one year and I’ve already paid a few thousand out of pocket for services. Even though I purchased extended warranties… not sure why or how but man it sure adds up, also make sure to bring up your warranties and any extra oil changes you get or just anything because the dealership will NOT remind you. They will charge you for it. Other than that the customer service is cool, but these extended warranties are a joke, they definitely add up.

Scheduling my appointment was easy, just a quick phone call, although last time I used the GMC app. I was scheduled to wait for the oil change, tire rotation and state inspection. Was in and out in a short time. Pleasant service department and waiting area.
