I came in asking questions about a few different trailers and the lady in the office was short and seemed in no way wanting to deal with me. She didn't seem interested in getting a sale. I asked about a certain trailer that their brand carries but wasn't there and got, "we have what he have on the lot and thats it". I asked if they could order a trailer in that wasn't there and got a less than thrilling, "you will need to wait 12 weeks if we can get it". I was still interested buying but she still seemed in no way interested at all in trying to sell a trailer. So I took my money 30 minutes away and bought a trailer from someone else.

They will only sell you a hitch to you if you buy a trailer from them. I recommend going elsewhere.
