I generally tend to list both pros and cons in almost of my review to provide a fair assessment for service/product I purchase. For the first time I am struggling to find anything negative about this company. Seriously, they impressed me from the beginning to end. It was easy to set up an online appointment. They gave me a free and reasonable estimate. They made my junk disappear in matter of seconds (no pun intended) . Conducted business in friendly and professional manner. They are a 5 star business and will definitely recommend their service. Couldn't be more satisfied!

1-800-GOT-JUNK was timely, quick, and professional. They were able to move my stuff out the same day as my estimate which was great! They gave me a heads up before they came and worked with me a bit because I wasn't home yet and they would have been early. They performed their job quickly and with a good sense of humor. I will definitely use them again for any of my junk moving needs and I recommend them to anybody thinking about using their services! I am very satisfied with their hard work!
