I cannot say enough about the wonderful customer service I received at Ciocca Honda in Hanover! I was having some brake issues, and Cheryl, my service advisor, and Mike, the technician worked relentlessly to get this issue resolved. Cheryl and Mike kept me informed and explained to me how things were going and what to expect. They went above and beyond my expectations. I will continue coming back for service and maintenance. Have a recall on our Pilot and we have been waiting for repair. We received a call after waiting for weeks and when we responded several times, parts were always on back order. We are still on the list. I'm assuming that if we have a incident because of this recall, we have the right to seek legal representation and litigation to recoup time spent and for any injuries or damages to others as well as ourselves ? Very poor to issue a recall and not have the parts to repair it for the length of time this has taken. This should have been taken care of months ago.
