Fly Creek Auto always manages to go above and beyond. I’ve been going here for about a year or so and Kevin & the crew are fantastic. The quality of work is absolutely exceptional. I’ve never had to take my car back to get checked out a 2nd time after a repair unlike other mechanics & dealerships in the area. After my car unexpectedly blew a strut on my way to work, I drove it over and they took care of it within the week. I’d recommend Fly Creek Auto to anyone looking for an honest and dedicated place to get your car worked on.

Owner/manager very accommodating. Quick response to our needs for an air blower motor and resistor as we were leaving on trip out of state. That was great for us as temperatures were in mid to high 90's. Kevin is wonderful for always working us into schedule.

First visit for a tire rotation and inspection was a great experience. I could actually see and hear the staff working together, covering all the details and confirming each other's observations. One of the most comforting aspects of their shop is how clean and organized it is. It tells me the staff have pride in their business and their work. I appreciate craftsmanship in any industry. This, unfortunately, seems unusual these days, especially in NY State. It's been a pleasure working with them on my antique Jeep.
