Had my car towed through AAA a couple months ago. I was amazed at how unprofessional the experience was. When the guy was lowering my car from the flatbed, I watched him run the tail and of my car and the exhaust into the ground and when the car wouldn’t go, he pressed the gas harder trying to force it completely bending my exhaust With the exhaust pipe completely touching the car at this point. Everyone at the tire place that I had it towed to watch this happen So I took down their information as witnesses until I had a chance to have my car looked at for damage. Fast forward to today and I found out not only did he negligently drive the tail end of my car into the ground and continue to forcefully do so he did not properly tow my car in the first place and broke my lower control arm as a result.. The whole time he was for my car into the ground I was screaming for him to stop, and he wouldn’t listen. He got out, looked at the back of my car with a smirk on his face and went further down the street and did the same thing, and I was absolutely helpless to the situation. AAA covers the damage because if not, We’re going to have to figure out an alternative way to fix the problem caused by this business and hopefully it won’t amount to small claims court.

I should have wrote this review years ago. These guys are the best. I've been driving for over fifty years, & have lived in Chester County now for the last 18. In that time, this shop has repaired 3 vehicles ('01 Altima sedan; '10 Altima coupe; '16 Camaro convert) a total of 5 times; a few relatively minor, & a couple major ones. Also, they have custom painted parts for me. When needed, they always called the tow truck, arranged a rental, contacted insurance companies & adjusters, driven me home, picked me up, and generally took care of everything. In the rare instance, that some little detail was not right(I'm a perfectionist) they took care of it right away without debate. Their prices are lower than franchise shops & the work is better. You really feel like they care about you & your vehicle. What prompted me to write this is, I just got off the phone with them to schedule a windshield replacement on the Chevy. An oncoming semi knocked an overhead tree branch off which shattered the glass.

Fred is a great person to work with and they did a great job on my Challanger and the price was right on! I would definitely recommend them!
