Our truck broke down headed back home and was towed to this garage. It's been about a month and we can't get any response regarding what's wrong with it or any information on our truck. We keep persistently calling, but constantly get the run around. Still waiting almost a month later.

I've talked to him once- nice guy- about my dead car, he said he could help. 3 days now trying to call him & no answer, no call back - voicemail is full.

When asked how many passengers we had because we needed a tow. We told them 3 people & one puppy. When they got too us the man said the puppy couldn't ride in the tow truck with us. Why didnt they say that ahead of time. I was not gonna leave her in the car while being towed & if she would of died? Then what? So he dropped our car & left. Wow what amazing service! Definitely not worthy . I wouldn't even give a 1 star.
