I was on union st when I blew a serpentine belt on my 528 BMW. Was in a real pickle and called these guys. Not only did they come and pick me up, they brought me to the store, had the belt in stock, drove me back, helped me put it on, and then jumped my battery. You don’t find service like this ANYWHERE, especially not in big corporate stores. All of my business will be going to these guys from here on out. OUTSTANDING

I came across this location a year ago. I was searching for an item and couldn't find it anywhere. They had the part and stayed past closing time to help me out. The price was good and the friendly atmosphere was great! Shane and the staff at this location go above and beyond to help find parts/items that we need, and when we need them. If we call, we don't sit on hold forever, and when they say they will do everything possible to get you what you need they WILL follow through. Don't waste your time calling ten different locations, call here first. You won't be sorry you did.
