I have PCOS and probably Silent endo. I love this clinic. It’s clean and everyone is super friendly. I did 3 IUIs that did not work then an ER and 2 FETs. Even though I am only 6 weeks pregnant from the 2nd FET. I appreciate the staff and how I’ve been treated the whole way. I definitely felt Dr. Sasson and my nurses really cared about my health throughout the 2.5 years I’ve been getting treatments. They weren’t pushy and always checked up on me when I took a break. Helped with medications and answered all my questions. I specifically think Dr. Sasson is incredibly knowledgeable. A lot of doctors would have just tried again but he suspected silent endo and changed my treatment. I appreciate that because I believe that’s why the 2nd FET worked. I do have Progyny which covered a lot and made things easier. Still my husband and I are very happy with the service we’re getting.

SGF, Chesterbrook exceeded all my expectations. The staffs were always welcoming and wonderful. Special kudos to Morgan, Sarah and London who were patient and encouraging throughout the treatment cycle. Dr Sasson is amazing at what he does- he is very kind, calm, explains everything in detail and answers all our questions. I highly recommend this place for anyone thinking to do egg freezing or any IVF treatment.

FIRST THINGS FIRST- I just want to acknowledge I came here with very very high hopes and I just want it to be noted that when you come to a place like this you wanted to be treated with sympathy, compassion and understanding… They are all smiles and for the money. They listen to you and all your concerns, take your money after asking for it repeatedly (for procedures) EXTREMELY INSENSITIVE to women who have severe PCOS or just overall a woman trying to start up a period for the first time. They act as if they listen THEN prescribed me the exact same medication I told them I took before and that I didn’t want to take anymore because it DIDNT WORK FOR MR THE FIRST TIME. Then they ignored me for WEEKS!! So so so unprofessional!! Then had the nerve to say they were going to call back… didn’t speak to them in over a week then they call and say they wanted to remove me from the practice after they took $600+ from me for procedures! Now I can be extremely honest and say yes I was upset, yes I was overwhelmed, frustrated, played with, in disbelief that a place I thought would grant me my biggest blessing would ever play with a client like that. Dr Marchetto, her boss Amy & assistances Amanda & another’s whose name I forget at the moment. DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THE MONEY THEY ARE MAKING.
