Had a bad experience with Republic. Customer service was horrible. Giving wrong information and not communicating with each other. Just simply a frustration situation. Some of the staff was nice other was just rude. Just hoping the company create a better system in helping and communicating well with customers.

Would give no stars if it were possible. Terrible service and even worse customer service. Do not recommend. If at all possible to go the route of a smaller company who will actually care about their services, try to do so! Your pickups won’t occur with republic. You will call multiple times for an update, multiple times for your contract (which you think should be easily accessible), and you will get nothing.

I'm sure you have great intentions as a company. Doing a job that's essential in our world with little appreciation. So firstly thanks. I live in a residential area with retailers near by. Torrey st plaza, Brockton, MA 02301 is serviced by your company. Drivers come into the plaza at 3 AM. At 3 AM they are repeatedly banging the dumpsters to empty then. At 3 AM the driver then takes 5 minutes to reverse blindly into the street, instead of driving around the building. From these actions at 3AM one would assume that the driver enjoys disturbing residents. I'm encouraging you to speak with your driver mangers on route planning and how it can affect your reputation and contract retention. This is unacceptable and must stop.
