I called AAA. Had a blowout due to tire tread detachment with possible valve problem. Stranded on a very busy road. Evening and rush hour were approaching. Recalled AAA. AAA called me a few times. The very polite, efficient and professional driver finally arrived and safely droved me and towed my car home. I did not want to chance another tire issue since this was the second time within one month that two new tires with new valves blew. So grateful to the tow truck driver who also happens to be a military Veteran! Great service in military and as an Alabama Tow and Recovery driver! Bravo! Hip! Hip! Hooray!

Our first time going to the auto parts and my husband was looking for some rotors and they made sure he got what he needed and he asked for another item, they didn't have it but they took his name and number and said they will keep him posted on the item and the other way around.. he was very satisfied with their prices

Prices are good ..better than the other 2 scrap yards I use .I've always had good experiences here. You can't expect them to unload every vehicle that shows up ...I would definitely recommend

My grandson has been saving money for a year to get his car fixed. He needed a water pump, housing and timing chain. Also thought he might need an alternator because he had bought a battery and was drained in a week. So decided to try to save more money and go with a used one. Went to Reid’s a nice lady helped us, they didn’t have one in their store but their store in Florida had one which they could have shipped. We paid for the part.This was on Friday. Come Monday when his car made it into the shop the mechanic told him that his alternator was fine. So we went to Reid’s to cancel the part. We was greeted by a grouchy man. Than a younger man came to the counter and said the best we can do for you is charge a 25% restocking fee. Had us between a rock and a hard spot. I thought that was a bit steep. I have bought from them several times over the years but will never buy from them ever again.Well you should call it shipping charge instead of restocking fee

Scrap is low during this week, but after loading a truck load of various garden tillers, 7 to be exact. 16 blowers and weed eaters, he offers $1.50 for each 100 lbs. I hauled it somewhere else and got $4.50 - 100 lbs. The week before, I had hauled scrap and 10 riding mower engines. She didn't tell me I could've got more $ by just selling the whole load as scrap, instead of separating breakage from scrap. They will rip you off if they feel they can. No honesty from these people.
I was employed there for a little over a year. Really enjoyed and respected the operation! What up Jay,Dave,and John!
5 stars get any part you need been dealing with them over 20 years one of the first salvage yards to go online with there inventory and hook up with 100 others across the usa to get what you need even if they didn't have it
