Thank you so much Mr. Todd for your time, patience, and most importantly, you and your teams' excellent service!<br><br>Prior to visiting Radney's Body Shop, I had been through four other body shops in the Oxford/Anniston area, receiving estimates for my vehicle. From recommendations of my co-workers whom all have been living here majority of their lives, to the more popular ones based on reviews on Google, I eventually decided to give Radney's Body Shop a visit.<br><br>Not only did Radney's Body Shop offer me the most affordable rate, but Mr. Todd's knowledge, affirmations, and patience with all of my questions on my vehicle gave me the confidence I needed to rely on this business.<br><br>When I dropped off my car, I was expecting to walk myself over to the car rental shop for my reserved rental, but Mr. Todd drove me there instead...and even picked me up when I was returning the rental! That's what I call customer service!<br><br>Mr. Todd and his team had my vehicle done within the time frame he had proposed. When I saw my vehicle for the first time since dropping it off, I couldn't help but feel like I just bought my car and drove it out of the dealership. Although it wasn't a major repair, the dent and scratches were gone and that alone made me feel like my car was brand new again!!<br><br>Thank you so much Mr. Todd!! For everything. Although I do expect to never see you again at your auto shop, I do hope that this review reaches out to individuals seeking a great auto shop that will get the job done in a timely manner at an affordable price. But should there ever be a time that I need body repair work for my vehicle, I will definitely be visiting you before anyone else.

I recently had an exceptional experience at Radney's Body Shop and couldn't be happier with the service! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. They took the time to explain the repair process for my vehicle and patiently answered all of my questions.<br><br>The quality of the work is outstanding. My daughter's car (2024 Hyundai Elantra) looks as good as new, and they completed the repairs ahead of schedule, which was a bonus. Another thing, he is very responsible. I appreciate their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.<br><br>Todd Radney and his team goes above and beyond, and I felt valued as a customer. I found Todd and Radney’s after no local shop would re-paint my older vehicle if not tied to an insurance claim. Found Todd to be an easy-going, great guy who proved to be easy-going on my wallet as well after seeing what impeccable work was done when I saw my completed paint job today. They breezed through some other repairs I requested as well. Todd’s place is an hour away from me and he knew I was planning to rent a vehicle to go and pick the car up. But being late in the week, he had the car delivered back to my home, and on a Saturday to boot. To find anyone who cares enough to care anymore, this is exceptional! I appreciate the attention and great care received and wouldn’t expect anything different for anyone else out of this business.
