We had our truck towed to the O'Reilly in Fort Wayne. We threw a serpentine belt. I had called to see if they had it in stock. When I got there, they greeted me by my first name, had the belt on the counter and the tools needed to do the repairs. (My cell phone number had come up on the caller ID and they looked up my account on their system). As we got into the repairs, we found that our water pump was out and that was why we threw the serpentine belt. They didn't have one in stock but the auto parts store next door did. I asked them if they knew a mobile service to help us with the repair. They did. On a Saturday, we were able to get our parts, repair our truck and still make the race on Sunday! Wow! Great customer service!!

I just want to share that I broke down on I 59 at the Alabama Welcome Center at 3:30pm for some odd reason my power steering cap blew off my diesel,,and left me stranded,, I called AutoZone that’s where i get my oem for my vehicles,, Red and her coworker help me get the parts and she brought them to me I was fixed and on my way A++++ to this store

My car sat in their parking lot for over a month and was never even looked at. I called a few times to check in, and the man I spoke to said he would check it out in “the next day or two”, which never happened. On one occasion I was told, “I might get around to it when I feel like it.”I decided to go to J&D to speak with someone in person about the car, and the two men in the office hardly glanced up from their food to acknowledge me. I nicely told them which car was mine and asked if they had gotten the chance to look at it, and one man threw a piece of food down, spun his chair around and looked at me in disgust while the other man continues to eat, shrugs his shoulders and said, “Nope”. I said thanks & took my car elsewhere.I am not one to write reviews, much less a negative one, but I find it very unnecessary to treat anyone, much less a customer, with such disregard and disrespect. Do not recommend.

5 stars for everything. What a great company to deal with. I called with a question about an order placed. First i have to say it's a human being on the other end of the line. Everything today is mostly all done electronically online.They couldn't have been nicer. Casual conversation talking about cars etc...Real down-to-earth people! It was nice with all the craziness in the world. No price gouging here either! By with confidence!

Charged me $400 to fix an evap core for air conditioner, then sent me home KNOWING it was leaking freon from a line they botched (after keeping my car for a week and a half waiting on the part). They refused to fix the line (told me I needed to have a part welded, which was a lie) even though it was their mistake on the brand new part they just put on. I had to buy a repair kit to fix what they messed up. $15 repair kit and they refused to make it right after taking $400 from me. If you can't stand behind your work, you don't need to be in business. I'll never use them again.
