    Extremely unprofessional and rude. My car sat in their parking lot for over a month and was never even looked at. I called a few times to check in, and the man I spoke to said he would check it out in “the next day or two”, which never happened. On one occasion I was told, “I might get around to it when I feel like it.”I decided to go to J&D to speak with someone in person about the car, and the two men in the office hardly glanced up from their food to acknowledge me. I nicely told them which car was mine and asked if they had gotten the chance to look at it, and one man threw a piece of food down, spun his chair around and looked at me in disgust while the other man continues to eat, shrugs his shoulders and said, “Nope”. I said thanks & took my car elsewhere.I am not one to write reviews, much less a negative one, but I find it very unnecessary to treat anyone, much less a customer, with such disregard and disrespect. Do not recommend.
