The fella running the place was friendly and helpful, didn’t shy away from taking us where we needed to be. To look over what he had. Wasn’t hovering or in your face the whole time. Didn’t hesitate to recommend another place when he didn’t have what we were looking for. A ton of junk here, but mostly useful junk. Closed on weekends though, keep in mind.

DO NOT USE THE MACHINE SHOP!!!! If I could leave 0 stars I would. Took an engine to the Machine Shop there to be hot tanked, honed, cam bearings and a basic rebuild kit. Came back looking aweful. When I asked if it was hot washed I was told yes. I pointed out a sticker and all the rust scale and paint still on the engine and was told that wont come off. For almost 5k I should have a quality product. Now I have to pay to have the work done again at another machine shop. 10/10 Do not recommend!

Check everything you buy from these scoundrels, they will sell anything, they don't care if it's broken, cracked, filled with water etc. I received a junk yard warranty engine from these clowns, and it had a manifold bolt broken in the head, a blown head gasket, cylinders filled with water and an oil pan that the monkey removing it hit with a hammer and caused a leak. BUYER BEWARE at this place.

Came in with what I thought to be a straight HR forward serpentine belt replacement, come to find out I had a bad bearing on one of my pulleys. Tony was a great help and after my existing pulley cracked the team here did what they could using other parts to get me on the road and referred me to another mechanic. Thankful they carried my part and caught the bigger issue.

Worst "mechanic" ever. Has had my vehicle for going on 3 weeks. I have to continue to call the shop to receive updates otherwise, I wouldn't be given the courtesy of a status update on my property. Every day it's excuse, after excuse, after excuse and of course, it is never his fault. He provided an initial quote, though I have a feeling that all he is doing is tacking on "labor" charges for them to continue to not work on the vehicle. Go elsewhere if you value your time and money because clearly this place doesn't care that they're wasting both.Service: Transmission

My company CTi uses Southwest towing, this morning 2/11/2020 I had to get winch out because I got stuck in the mud at the 60/79 intersection. The tow truck driver Danny showed up on a timely manner and was very professional and had excellent customer skills, he even brought me a warm cup of coffee which I was amazed by the gesture.
