Came thru with parts in a pinch! Traveling from Denver thru Moab, Byrce, Page Az, to Grand Canyon when rented RV battery failed. Service Rep Rick took our call, found the RV battery needed and made the process very easy. Flagstaff NAPA was an unplanned stop but very necessary- we had not turned off the RV(precautionary) for about 6 hrs straight …including diesel fill ups. Thank you Rick! We made it to Grand Canyon and talked to many of the RV service providers you recommended.Battery was replaced at our camping ground the next morning.
I've used this service twice now for removing remodel materials. The first time because they had better prices and better response time. The second time because they have better prices, response time, and are super quick. You really can't go wrong with these guys if you got a bunch of junk to get rid of affordably and quickly.

I needed a shock bolt that wasn’t available. Ricky brought me back and we looked through every drawer until we found something that would work. It was a perfect fit. This will be my new go to parts place in town.

These Barn bros really know how to take care of their customers! We went in today, first time, and felt so well cared for during our visit. They had donuts & coffee…and were available for every little question. We just bought our home & needed everything ….4 beds, etc. It was an overwhelming task to consider and when we left we had gotten our 4 beds and a few beautiful lamps & a treadmill & coffee table & table & chairs….all at a tremendously amazing price! And we are paying the extra to have them deliver…wow! We are so impressed with this team snd our experience. Thank you so much Barns Bros, we will be back for the other items once we figure out what else we need!

Found what I needed and found the lot to be well organized. Writing this review to acknowledge AJ and the great work he does at the business. I was in a tough situation and he answered everything, gave tips, and made sure I was taken care of. Made all the difference and I’d highly recommend this business primarily due to my experience working with him
Very bad. Took a transmission and transfer case to them to get rebuilt went over what I wanted done extensively. They said no problem gave me a price I paid them in cash. In the course of a year the transmission and transfer case was pulled 4 times they kept trying to blame me when in reality it was proven that their rebuilder did a faulty job and wrong parts sent not the job we agreed on. Their parts disintegrated. The bad job sammy's had done cause additional damage to the engine which I had to pay to be repaired. Had to take it to another transmission shop to get rebuilt correctly. Nationwide did a unbelievable great job runs great. They show me what the other people didn't do and they claim they did I have all the bad parts they said was replaced. Sammy's auto parts would not refund the money basically cheated me..........
A little disappointed, took a 2 hr drive cuz it said .80 cents for cans here. I took in126 lbs and they gave me .60 a lb.. like really. Change your sign to .60 cents nd don't cheap ppl off recycling !

I ran my own credit report just recently. To my surprise I had a mark for collections. After requesting the information from the collector. It was reported from Northern Arizona waste system out of Flagstaff. I never used this trash company but some how they have my info. I have tried to call and wrote letters without any response from them.
Did not deliver what was promised. One month ago, was quoted and paid $450 to remove junk. Even gave some tools and items that had resale value away for free. Ben left 2 large impossible to dispose of items in my back yard. On multiple occasions, he promised that he would come pick them up but did not because he "forgot" and he would be there "later today." These are items I already paid him to remove. After the 6th attempt to call and text to remind him to come get them, I realized he had no intention of doing so. It is worth your time to call around and get other bids from other junk removal companies, because you might not get what you paid for.

WM bought out NAWS with no prior warning to NAWS customers. Once I realized this I had to call WM to cancel service with them. I assumed WM would honor the agreements made between NAWS and their customers; however when trying to cancel they informed me that the 3 months of service I had just payed is non-refundable and they were going to charge me $75 for a cancelation/ can pick up fee, something that was not in NAWS service agreement. They could not or would not answer the legality of holding unwilling customers to a service contract they did not agree to. After spending 30 min on the phone stating I wanted to cancel my service under the original terms I made with NAWS, they finally agreed to cancel my service, and keep my payments made toward the 2.5 months of service which they would no longer provide. All the while saying they were "working with me" by only taking half as much money from me that they could. I have filed a BBB complaint and will be filing other complaints to the AZ AG. I do not see how this is not fraud/theft. WM is becoming a monopoly in Flagstaff and should be stopped and should be held accountable for the way they scam customers.Service: Junk removal
