Very nice folks at Horne. I went in after searching on the internet for a truck to buy because I saw a Tundra I liked. I met Ryan and he was a pleasure to work with, very friendly, knowledgable in the truck I purchased and made the vehicle buying process smooth and personal. He gathered our info, listened with a genuine ear to our concerns and made us really feel welcome. We spoke to Joe G to discuss financing and we finished out with Chris. A nice dealership with a family feel in the white mountains.

Have bought at least 4 vehicles from this dealership. Always have been treated with amazing customer service. Every experience has been better than the next. The guys in the main showroom have great knowledge about the vehicles are selling and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable with the buying process. Have also met the finance manager and in my experience there is not a better man in the business. A great big Thank You to all the employees at Horne Motors. I went to Horne to look at options for a work truck. I know my credit isn’t in the best of shape, but I was prepared to try and even had a co-signer ready to go. I wasn’t approved for the amount I needed for a truck I picked out. This was around 5 pm when they gave me the bad news. No problem. I didn’t think it would work anyway with my credit, but I had my co-signer with me. It was a few minutes after 5 pm at this point and understandably the banks are closing and so is the store. I was assured they would work on it first thing in the morning and call me around 10 the next morning. I didn’t receive a call, so I texted the gentleman that was working on the sale for an update and he called me stating that they couldn’t do anything unless I had another co-signer. I didn’t have one, but they didn’t run the credit of my co-signer in the first place but told me his credit didn’t help me enough. They didn’t run his credit. At all. I’m assuming it’s because he is young and they didn’t think it would make a difference. So instead of looking for another co-signer, I purchased a truck at a very similar price as the one I was looking at at Horne with my co-signer. We were approved by MULTIPLE banks. Horne lost my sale, lost my trust, and lost my confidence in them. When it comes to repairing my current vehicle with an insurance claim, I’ll go somewhere else because Horne left quite a bad taste in my mouth. I don’t know if it was the salesman or if it was the credit team that dropped the ball, but this is a confirmed lost sale considering I got a very similar truck with a very similar cost approved with the person they didn’t want to give a chance to. I’m disappointed and will no longer trust a small town dealership to do the right thing.

Clean well organized the owners are fastidious about recycling fluids from the engines. It's a wonderful place and a fantastic community service I wish we had them all over the country.
David did a super great job on my LEER camper shell from White Mountain Performance.He gave me the option on interior light. I didn't realise I had LEDs on the side of the bed, so David wired the camper overhead light to the switch on the truck, so all 4 lights are together. Now the after a dark grocery/cargo, unload will be a lot easier. Worked out great for me & my wife.

Terrible customer service. They placed a dumpster on our property then told us afterwards that it couldn’t be emptied from that location. We missed two pick ups because they didn’t notify us of the issue. We asked for a credit for the month we didn’t get service but was declined. They didn’t want to do anything to show us they actually valued us as a customer. Too big of a company to care about their residential customers. If at all possible avoid using WM and go with a small or local company.Service: Trash removal & disposal
