Absolutely best tow service I’ve ever received. Using AAA we were connected with LaForge towing. We were stuck on the side of the highway 68 miles from pats on and they had to tow our Tesla back to Scottsdale! Our driver Travis was awesome!!! Arrived very quickly and did a great job!! The last time I was there in 04,he was so rude. He pushed a bike into my friend, several times! Put his hands on me! Told him to take his hands of me, or next time he took a leak, he would be doing it with a hook. Rude and disrespectful! Nothing for sale and he follows you like you are going to rip him off! Karma got him this time! This place was an accident waiting to happen! He wants to rebuild? Tell me, how do the people who lost there homes due to his excessive hoarding feel about this? He had a lot of cool items and now he has junk!

My gf put a few wine glasses in the bags. The lady kept yelling at me as I filter thru my bags. It's pretty much a couple who live in a trailer. When I got the money I had a confused look on my face and the lady was like not might fault you don't have more. If your going to recycle at this place. You have to have a truck load of cans to make it worth your time. I hope your experience is better than mine

Roadrunner is the worst trash service I have ever dealt with. I order 2 trash cans and the lady said it would be at my house next week. I finally got my trash cans 3 months later and a week after that they sent me a bill for 3 months of service. I called and called and left 15 voicemails and they never answered. I called some more and eventually I got ahold of someone, i politely told him the situation and asked them to fix my bill and owner got very aggressive and unprofessional. He was yelling and cursing and told me he was going to dump my trash in my driveway and pick up the cans. Please do not make the same mistake that I did. If you are looking for a trash service in the payson area, I recommend Larson waste. Same prices and I'm extremely happy with there trash service and there customer service.
The owner (Shawn) and Levi did an impeccable job! We will absolutely use them again - saves us a trip to the dump and not having to break our backs. I asked how they can lift all this stuff everyday and they advised training/working out on the side definitely helps! If it's too heavy though they have the equipment to handle it too!
