I can't thank these guys enough. I called several "24/7" towing services and they couldn't keep up with their word. Valenzuela towing guys went above and beyond to get me out of the desert where I was stranded at 2am. They made the impossible possible. I walk in to rent a tool and i’m mansplained by short stocky man. Then he fails to answer a simple return policy question and then advises me to fix my tone, mind you I hadn’t raised my voice or used strong language. Seems to me this man is didn’t like that i was woman that knew what questions to ask before making a purchase and he didn’t like that. I’ll take my business to autozone they’re great. Shame on me for trying weak and closed minded store. I really hope this man doesn’t represent this company as a whole.

I got my vehicle stuck in sand off of Duquesne near the border. Not only was it super remote and hard to find, but also dangerous for several reasons, but primarily the heat. It would also get super cold if I had to stay after the sun sets and I also had my dog with me. We had limited water, since I've made that trip several times without issue. José found me and winched me out. He also followed me to make sure I didn't get stuck again.Once I started driving, I heard a concerning noise. He saw me stop and check and let me know that it was sand in my brakes. He recommended a car wash. That did the trick.These folks know what they're doing. They are also fully bilingual in English and Spanish. Save their number in your phone.

Buyer beware. This vendor lacks integrity. Vendor said he'd have product on Friday 21st and that he would call that afternoon but shop was closed on Friday all day. I drove by on Monday 24th to cancel but again store closed. I call twice on the 25th and no answer. I finally drove by on the 25th and requested refund. Store clerk would not give me refund indicating to refunds. However, receipt states no returns after 4 days. Why encourage this type of behavior don't shop with this vendor.

If you go to this place don't go with this cashier named Jesus (Incompetent Jesus), he is the most ignorant, and incompetent individual not suitable for this job. I ordered some parts online in order to get a 15% discount, and when I went to pick up the parts this Incompetent Jesus didn't know how to match the price given to me online, so he told me to go back the following day when there was someone more competent than him, so I can get the $$ difference owed to me. So I went the following day, and there were several other cashiers around incompetent Jesus, as soon as he saw me walking into the store the incompetent Jesus got defensive and obtuse and said that there was nothing he could do because it was already invoiced, so then the guys around him took over and match the internet price. Save a white hair and go to a different cashier don't go with incompetent Jesus, he don't even speak English. And don't know much about matching prices nor treating a client.

Of the dozen of vehicles I have purchased in Nogales or Tucson I have never had a better experience then the one I had Saturday Nov. 5th 2016 at Champion. I got the deal of a lifetime on a beautiful Ram 1500 pickup and spent no more then 45 minutes for the entire time there. My thanks to the two Martin's who worked with me. PS and the coffee is GREAT.

Unless you are on a budget or it’s the only service in your area or it’s not practical to take trash to the dump yourself, I would not recommend using this service. They routinely don’t show up and will never communicate this to you. You have to call them and you’re lucky if someone answers their telephone. Their answering machine is always full so you cannot leave a message. And even if they tell you “the people are out and will come by” they routinely never show up.Service: Junk removal

The collision dept manager Roberto is a very rude and inconsiderate person. We took our car to geet body work done and upon leaving the car we asked for a service doc showing that the vehicle was dropped off. He did not want to give us a letter showing the vehicle was dropped off. He just grabbed our keys and said take your car! After his rude amd unprofessional behavior I asked to speak to the manager and he said , "I am the manager" and laughed. I asked for the owners email address and he would not give it to me. He refused to let me speak to his supervisor. I do not recommend this facility. If they treat their customers that are paying for work to be done imagine how they will treat you once you buy a NEW car from them. I highly advise to stay away from this dealership and spend your money at a dealership nearby.
