You can pull parts yourself or they will pull it for you and great prices! I needed several major parts along with misc items and I'm so glad I found them. It was recommended I visit here when another salvage yard had only one of the two parts I was looking for. Shay and Jose were very personable and helpful. Shay located several vehicles that possibly had the part I was looking for. Shay went and looked over the possible donors, then came back and had me go along to make sure it was the part I needed. It was. The price was extremely fair and the service was awesome. Shay even told me if the part didn't work, to bring it back and they'd make it right. It shows me they want to take care of their customers and satisfaction is their goal. Job well done, guys! I'll be visiting them again in the future, as I am sure my old truck is going to need more love down the road.

My truck was relieved of its spare somewhere along the line. It turned out to be a hard thing to replace. Even the car dealer said he has 150 of them on back order. I could find after-market ones but was reluctant because I tow a heavy trailer and have needed that spare. I Googled the Mopar part number specifying “used” and found the Arizona Automobile Recycler Association. On that website I gave my VIN and specified “wheel”. Up popped Aviation Auto Salvage and they showed one OEM wheel available. So, first thing Monday morning I gave them a call and talked to Henry. He verified that the wheel I needed was in stock and that he would get it right out UPS so I could have it the next day. As promised, it arrived this afternoon, Tuesday. The wheel is exactly as described on the website, and the price was right even including the shipping. Based on this transaction I will definitely go to Aviation Auto Salvage and Henry for my future automotive needs.

Absolutely hated the service here!! Came in for the first time with my husband and were treated like if we knew the place. We couldn't ask for help with out getting an attitude from the cashier ( the young lady with blond short hair and glasses I believe her name was Odalys) acted like she owned the place she is absolute garbage at customer service. You need to get your employees in check if you want to run a good business. I had always heard really good things about this place but did not meet my expectations. definitely not coming back!

I called this place today asking about a part. The person who answered sounded as if his life wasn't worth living and that I was disconvenencing him for calling him. I live in another county. I cannot go in and talk to a person face-to-face. He then proceeded to tell me that his computers were down and that he needed five minutes and he'll call me back. He never hung up. I waited and then he answered the phone even though he did not end the call. Again it was still the same phone call and he then proceeded to get frustrated at me. It had been more than an hour before I called him back.
Don't Buy from this customer online. I purchased an engine from these guys after it took a while for them to actually ship my customer decided to not do the repair. I communicated this to the seller and was told I would get a refund once they received the Engine back. The engine was sent back by the same company they shipped with. I have the receipt . Now they have the engine and my 1600.00 dollars. I stopped communicating Don't do Business with these guys
