Cottonwood is known for flaky service people. "Got Junk?" is certainly not one of them. They are super professional. He answers his phone when you call, commits to a time, follows up and follows through, and charges what he said he was going to charge. Highly recommend this service. Just amazing! The staff works extremely hard. We had a household FULL of stuff. 3 loads and everything was out. We loved that a female was one of the movers. 💪🏼 We have had Beast Mode to our place 3 times over the years and Mark, the owner, is extremely professional and communicative.

I originally went there to see if they recycle cans and found that they do and give a much better price than the one in Chino. Really cool guys! If you work with metal this place is a gold mine! They have every type you need and at a great price. I am going to buy the trailer out front as soon as I have the money so doing touch it!
On Feb 18, 2022 - I had a car incident in front of my house. The car fell back to the cliff half way. I called triple A and they requested Brian to come. The staff said waiting time about 90 minutes. Brian came in less than 30 minutes. He talked to me and explain to me what he was going to do in details. I was not a car expert, so I let him to do what he was expert on doing for 20 years. He was being so careful to remove the rocks under the car which stucked to the cars muffler, so wouldn't hurt it. After about 1 hour, with his expertise and tow truck, he towed it carefully, efficient, fast, and great shape. Brian also put the rocks back in the original position even though my spouse said he'd do it. Really appreciate everything Brian did. My spouse drove the car around and it was still great. I drove that night to Phoenix. Thank you Custom Towing/Brian for overall amazing service/work. Felt safe to have Brian doing the work. 5***** :)

Our car needed a new battery, so after we got a jump, I called several auto service shops in the area. None picked up the phone. We call O'Reilly's and explained that I did not have any tools to change the battery. They had the battery in stock and installed it for us. Saved our day and trip!! Wow this place is huge!Cool stop to just walk through even if you aren’t an antique person. Lots of interesting things and some great prices - but not everything. Lots of coca-cola, model cars and trains and jewelry. So go have a look and hopefully you can find something you are looking for!
