My day started off a little weird but but I had such a great experience here and the staff was Spectacular! Olvin and Jesse were on top of it Very attentive and helpful II needed to get a spare tire from my car and helped me find the right one! Called and asked if they had a part, they said yes it’s in stock and quoted us a price. Went to pick it up and they informed us they don’t have the part, the vehicle it came off one was missing the whole engine. Waste of 2 plus hours driving there and back.

Kinda busy today. Old cat con and was given minimum amount. Probably an influx as the news says it is a commonly stolen item!Still happy. Oh, but she goes to lunch @ 1 so we waited bouy 25 minutes for her to come back. But she was super pleasant, kind & nice!Thanks TRG!
The price they paid for my recyclable metals were roughly under a third of that I would have received at the metal recycling place in Lowell or TRG recycling in Rogers. They don't inform you of the rates nor are they posted to allow you to make an informed decision about wether you should sell them your material or not. I felt violated after the experience and found out this morning the same material I was paid $21.52 was worth over$70 at the other recycling places I mentioned.
My motor blew, I lost my job & had only $500 for a new car. After looking around NWA, I found these guys who were willing to help me out and give me a warranty too. My car had some issues but they did honor their word & I am very grateful to have a car and new friends.
