Pick Your Part - Anaheim knowingly purchased my stolen vehicle off the person that stole it. And they did this without any proper proof of ownership paperwork. And then they lied to me about having my car in their inventory. However I ended up finding it online on their websites online inventory. When I went to recover it the following day, it was completely picked to parts. It was sold to them on the same day that it was stolen and out in their yard right after purchasing it. My car was missing for less than 48 hours and the end result was this...(refer to photos) my car was in perfect condition and had no missing parts. When I went to recover it, the entire transmission was gone, along with many of its other parts. Deemed a total loss because my insurance doesn't cover theft, unfortunately... Now I'm literally on foot and not to mention, 7 months pregnant. I'm hoping to raise some money so that I can replace my vehicle, along with all of my belongings that were in it. (I had just purchased a ton of baby stuff and it was all in my car. Now I'm literally having to start all over. I don't have not one single thing for my baby. Everything was in my car and is now gone...)

I ordered a used transmission from them over the phone and requested that they have it delivered the following morning to a shop that was only 4 miles away from them. Thought it was a good deal and it was an easy job.Following morning I call my shop to confirm if they received the transmission and they inform me that they haven't. I assume it's a small delay so I call Import Auto Supply back and they say that the transmission is only 20 minutes away. Informed my shop, didn't think much of it.Later that afternoon, I get another call from my shop and they inform me that the transmission still hasn't arrived. I call Import Auto again and they claim the delivery driver messed up and it should be showing up soon. 20 more minutes. 45 minutes pass and I pull the plug and call to cancel the order... A few minutes after that, my shop informs me that the transmission arrived but I'd already put in an order somewhere else so I tell them to turn it away.No idea if it was a good transmission or not. But if they aren't able to deliver things in a timely manner, I'd question the quality of the parts they stock as well.
I was having trouble getting rid of my car that had a lien sale still on it. They came and picked it up quick. My mom really liked their service and was grateful for their help.
Very poor customer service rude , prices are like almost paying for brand new. Will never return there again. That’s for sure.
