Pretty good visit this time. LKQ as a whole is not on my favorite list every since they've gotten rid of their rewards program (literally overnight) and increased their prices across the board at all locations.🤬 Lines aren't long here. This is one of the smaller yards so if you see something you want here don't wait too long...especially if it is higher end or rare vehicle.Don't forget to get the stock number or they won't let you check out now. You can find it online though, but you have to look at the vehicle on that specific location's site.

I'm really disappointed that they aren't able to meet promised deadlines for deliveries. I ordered a used transmission from them over the phone and requested that they have it delivered the following morning to a shop that was only 4 miles away from them. Thought it was a good deal and it was an easy job.Following morning I call my shop to confirm if they received the transmission and they inform me that they haven't. I assume it's a small delay so I call Import Auto Supply back and they say that the transmission is only 20 minutes away. Informed my shop, didn't think much of it.Later that afternoon, I get another call from my shop and they inform me that the transmission still hasn't arrived. I call Import Auto again and they claim the delivery driver messed up and it should be showing up soon. 20 more minutes. 45 minutes pass and I pull the plug and call to cancel the order... A few minutes after that, my shop informs me that the transmission arrived but I'd already put in an order somewhere else so I tell them to turn it away.No idea if it was a good transmission or not. But if they aren't able to deliver things in a timely manner, I'd question the quality of the parts they stock as well.
