I bought a engine from here and had many issues with them. To begin with the engine I bought was wet. Also they didn’t want to give me a crate to set it on, they wanted me to lay it on my truck as is. When I asked for a crate they got mad. They told me if I take my old engine back I’d get $100 back so I did & then they told me it was already over 10 days so they couldn’t which they never told me I was limited on how much time I had to take it back. Professional experienced and very nice staff(Juan)! It was well worth my 3-hour drive to find the part since I couldn't find it here in the high desert. This place was super clean, extremely organized! Mr. Juan Hernandez went out of his way to make sure I got exactly what I needed. GIVE THAT DUDE A RAISE!! This place isn't so bad. Prices are mostly decent, but sometimes the guys seem to not quite know all the types of parts, and will charge you for something you are not getting. Overall decent, large selection (though if you are looking for specific cars that are rare, good luck), but be sure to check their website before you go. It's supposedly updated every few days, but I've been there several times and had members of staff help me look for a car the website says in in one spot, only to find it has already been removed more than a week ago.

Maria front receptionist was extremely rude. She didnt care for customer service, and did not know what she was talking about. She does not know her product what so ever. And i was being patient and nice to her. I would rate this place a 0 if i could! Never going to then again. And if they would replace her, i would bring more people with me to spend on this business

I needed a powered driver's side mirror for my Dodge pickup and the price they charged me for it was half of a new one and they did all the work. So I was very happy with it and all the folks that work at the front desk were really nice. It reminded me more of visiting my doctor's office than a wrecking yard. 😂🤷♂️
