The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. They are patient and provide detailed information. In all my years visiting the location, I have never had a bad experience. My husband and I make it a date once in a while. It's fun finding the parts and meeting helpful individuals as well!

Very thankful do this place! I was able to find doors for my 2012 vehicle. Very well organized and easy to find what you need. Staff is extremely helpful and very kind. All staff I encountered were very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this business.

I’d like to recognize Johnathan at Pick-Your-Part for his excellent customer service today. My husband had to step away for a work meeting, and I needed assistance getting a wheelbarrow with an engine in it up to the front to complete our purchase. Although he wasn’t obligated to help, Johnathan kindly assisted me the entire way. Considering how heavy engines are and the fact that it was cold, windy, and rainy, his willingness to help truly stood out. I sincerely appreciate his effort and professionalism.
