The young men were nice & diligent in diagnosing my car. Once they had the parts, they worked quickly to finish the repairs. I asked for it to be checked over again after repairs as I wanted everything fixed before I picked it up as I rented a car to ensure everything was completed. I was disappointed I had to drive on one of my split days off to Ontario to get my own parts; which required me to keep the rental longer than I had planned. Since picking up my car, one of the issues I mentioned & ask for them to check out is still happening & it looks like now I'm just going to need to take it to the dealer. I didn't want to & would rather spend locally but being a single mother can't afford another 1500 rental to have to pick up my own parts. I was excited as I found this place off a referral but was highly disappointed. They clearly need more people, whether be a receptionist to run interference, another mechanic &/or an on-call parts runner so that customers don't have to drive in the pouring rain w/ thier small children in the car, down the hill to Ontario to pick up thier own parts. Isn't that the whole point in taking it to a repair shop?! I debated writing a review because they were nice & speedy to get it checked out as well as speedy to complete the repairs but the other part really put a bad taste in my mouth. I'd much rather spend locally & keep it in my city but things like this is the exact reason why people dont.
