After spending WAY too long dealing with the surly dispatcher for another towing company, we gave up and called Advanced Towing based on their great reviews.Brian picked up the phone and was extremely professional and cheerful. He was able to get to us right away since we were just a few blocks from him, and within 15 minutes our truck was loaded on his spotless tilt bed rig and we were on our way. We recently bought a used Mazda Miata from this dealership and we could not be happier with it! Customer service from Brandon, whose manager is Danielle, was poor. He was not helpful and seemed to care more about ending the conversation than helping resolve my issues.I have now been billed for services and still have yet to receive my trash bins. My services are stated to have started 3/1/2022, it has now been 3 weeks with no delivery.Update: Bins delivery and credit made to account. I appreciate the correction.
