I contacted Jess on a Monday and Tuesday morning they fit me into their schedule to pick up my kitchen remodeling debris. David & Fernando showed up at the designated time and did a superb job picking up everything and then even cleaning up the area. They were both super friendly & accommodating. They even double checked and swept the area a third time. I would highly recommend this service. They are reasonably priced, do a great job and they are licensed and insured and have great attitudes. I'm keeping these guys on speed dial. They even send text messages informing you of the show up time, job project, price and then a concluding text. They didn't even weigh my plastics. They eyeballed my glass and gave the incorrect number. They know their barrels are improperly weighed. They don't even know how t tare the bins before putting your aluminum/plastics inside (which you should do). A number written on the side of a barrel does not weigh that weight. I dare you to take a scale with you next time you go. Have a nice day.
Terrible business practices. I would have understood the $285 tow charge, but they also charged me $115 just to process the transaction and they charged me for a full 24 hours of storage even though my car was in the yard for less than 3 hours. Essentially their business practice is exploitation. My recommendation to the business owner is to have some level of integrity try a contract with AAA or something rather than exploiting individuals for revenue.

Asked me 3 times what i needed and then without hesitation, said they didn't have that, and thanks for calling. I quickly asked if they could find one as stated on the website, "If we don't have it, we will find it." After a pause, he said hold on..then sounded like he was walking around the yard and speaking with someone else...muffled conversations, footsteps in the gravel, and eventually hung up on me. That's the story of what could have been but never was, with 5th St Auto Salvage.
