Jonny is a consummate professional and he runs his business like a well-oiled machine. From initial contact to final pickup, every aspect of my transaction was handled with utmost professionalism at a level that's frankly hard-to-find these days!On the phone, when I first contacted him, he was polite, patient, well-spoken, and laid out the schedule of fees and logistics of the experience in a way that anyone could understand. His website is modern and easy-to-use, with diagrams that explain clearly what to expect in volume from which-ever dumpster you choose to rent. From the first contact with Good Riddance, the staff was responsive, professional, and courteous. An appointment for an estimate was made easily, and the company arrived and provided a very reasonable bid for the work. We were hoping to have the work done soon, and they were available the next day. Their communication was excellent, confirming the amount and appointment time by email. A receipt for the work arrived by email within a couple of hours. They arrived promptly and executed the tasks at hand efficiently and deftly. We could not have been more pleased, and we highly recommend Good Riddance. We will be calling them again!

Highly recommend this service. Andrew responded to my quote request within 30 minutes, and responded promptly to any questions I had. I was expecting to just get a quote when I arrived on site to meet them today, but was pleasantly surprised that they were able to haul the stuff away today, if it fit into my schedule (it did!). When you show up to a lumber yard driving a Prius with a 4 year old along, you're never quite sure what reception you'll get. But these are just the nicest people and were happy to let us explore their lot even though we obviously weren't buying any beams today. Super neat place if you like recycled timbers and slab cut wood. Will be back!

Always great. Mind the weather when you go!sun and rain are both a killer. But it is really fun poking around and finding things that one can use from a machining, plumbing, sawing, building, and electrical project stand point. Needless to say all kinds of more projects too. Found old parts from computers, offices, buildings, etc. Fun never ends if you have tins of hobbies or ideas
