When you show up to a lumber yard driving a Prius with a 4 year old along, you're never quite sure what reception you'll get. But these are just the nicest people and were happy to let us explore their lot even though we obviously weren't buying any beams today. Super neat place if you like recycled timbers and slab cut wood. Will be back!

I recently had a dear friend suffer an unfortunate event that left her paralyzed from the waist down. As a community, we did a grass roots effort to bring her home up to code to bring her home. One Sunday during the project, we were in desperate need of a hauling service. We had concrete and dirt that had to go away. I found Reliable Joe and he was more then reliable. He came to our construction site and did not but one, but two runs for us. I called him around 1 pm and he was at the site by 2 pm...ON A SUNDAY. He is beyond reliable, decent and excellent.
I go there as a buyer. I give it four stars just for the great and odd stuff and great (and a bit odd) folks who work there.I have rarely felt I got a deal, however. Pricing is surprisingly high. They might have 400 of something, but pricing reflects no great desire to sell any.But, love the place. If not for pricing, six stars.
