Waited 45 minutes, then started calling to see what was up. My son had the guy Carlos' direct # he never picked up the phone. I called the office and talked to Mario, he said he'd have someone from the office call me with an update, that never happened and they stopped picking up my calls. A friend called, they picked up, as soon as he said my son's name they hung up. Wasted 2 hours of my day. Never use these guys if you want a reliable company with good customer service.
