I called around 3:00pm and I am less than a mile away from the towing location . The female who answered asked for my location and when I mentioned I was right off the exit from the 710 she sighed and then said she does not have anyone, that was it and then a click when she hung up. She did not even try.

I want to share our disappointment with a recent experience involving one of your tow truck drivers today Friday October 27th. We were quite upset because the driver behaved recklessly, didn't care about our safety, and showed no respect.<br><br>While we were driving, this tow driver (License Plate: 31443W2) almost caused a dangerous accident with his reckless driving. Instead of saying sorry, he just laughed and made rude hand gestures, which was quite upsetting for us.<br><br>When we tried to take a picture of his truck to note your company details, he continued to mock us and showed no concern for the possible consequences of his actions. It's really important that you choose your drivers more carefully, as this driver not only put us at risk but also displayed unprofessional behavior.<br><br>I've a photo of the driver and his license plate for your reference. We hope you'll take the necessary steps to address this issue and ensure the safety and reputation of your towing service.
