We walked in, all the way through the store and all 5-7 employees just stood behind the counter chatting (non-work related talk) or on the computer. Finally, I interrupted the chatting to ask where the heated seat covers were (someone told me on the phone that they had them). I was laughed at over my request. When I told the employee, "someone here just told me over the phone that you carry them," I was shown the covers they do have. This was followed by the employee asking the others if they had ever heard of heated seat covers, and everyone laughing like my request was crazy. I left the store to find what I was looking for in minutes on-line. I will never use Napa again. This isn't the first time I've received rotten service at Napa, but it is certainly the last!
