Very courteous and professional assistance with recyclables. Grateful that communities outside Durango are welcome to drop off various single stream recyclables, including free glass dump. Worth the fees for all else which remain reasonable. Support this local recycling center.

This guy flew off the handle screaming! Because I was unaware of their policies. This was my first time trying to recycle anything. Upon presenting recyclable materials, the employee’s conduct quickly escalated from mere hostility to outright aggression, involving both verbal threats and physical intimidation. This encounter was not only unsettling but left me feeling harassed and unsafe. Such behavior, particularly from a representative of the county, reflects poorly on the professionalism and safety standards I would expect from a public service facility.
