In the process of purchasing a vehicle I had an extensive interaction with Ault Auto LLC. My experience was very positive, and I believe this business is striving to provide road worthy vehicles at a reasonable price. Ault Auto LLC is a book that should not be judged by its cover. The lot is in an industrial area and when I arrived that made me feel uncertain about the reputability of the establishment. I decided that since I had made the trip, I would put aside my misgivings and test drive the vehicle I had an interest in. Meeting the owner increased my confidence and I learned that this was a new business and their options for a starting location had been limited. After my test drive, I was interested in the vehicle and had a wonderful no pressure discussion about my possible purchase. I was delighted to discover that the advertised price was the actual cost of the vehicle. Other dealers I had visited had hidden and/or rather large dealer fees that often made the used vehicles I had looked at more expensive than I felt was reasonable for older cars. I had some other vehicles I was interested, and I let them know I would test drive a few more cars and let them know my decision soon. Unbeknownst to me, my phone had fallen out of my pocket and onto the lot after my test drive. They found my phone and made every effort they could to contact me before I even realized it was missing. They then went out of their way to make sure it was returned to me as soon as possible. Their efforts on my behalf made me feel confident that I was dealing with honest people that were striving to provide the best possible service and I decided that their vehicle was the best choice for me. I was settling into my new car and feeling happy with my purchase when I ran into issues on day six of owning the car. The check engine light came on, and the car notification indicated that the oil pressure was low. This of revived my misgivings about Ault Auto LLC and made me question my instincts about trusting the business. I purchased the car as is, meaning there was no warranty or guarantee which is of course common when buying an older vehicle. Despite this, I reached out to the dealer. They would have been within their rights to apologize and remind me that the car had been purchased under an as is agreement. However, that is not how they chose to handle the situation. The owner assured me they did not want to sell me a bad car, and they made an appointment with a repair shop as soon as possible. Luckily the issue was just that the oil pressure sensor had failed and nothing major was wrong with the engine. Once we had a diagnosis, Ault Auto paid for the majority of the repair costs leaving me with a minimal repair fee. I have now had the car for approximately three weeks with no further issues. I am happy to recommend Ault Auto LLC. I hope that they are able to grow their new dealership so more people can benefit from the quality service that I was lucky enough to find there.

Just had one of the most honest and friendly experiences of purchasing a vehicle ever at Ault Auto. Jimmy and Hannah the owners were so friendly and helpful, knowledgable. I woukd highly recommend if you are looking for a vehicle go see them first. If they don’t have it Jimmy can probably find it for you!! BUY LOCAL AND SUPPORT NEW FAMILY BUSINESSES.
