This is really the best junk car buyer in town, hands down!! I called a few places that quote me a higher price and when they came for my old car they offer me a lower price. When I call the staff he was very polite a quote a fair price. His team came to pick up the vehicle the same day here in Miami. I was so glad I found him. So in short if you want cash for your old car today call them.
I must have called 100 places over 2 days trying to find the best salvage company and let me save you some time by telling you these guys are BY FAR the best. They not only gave me the best estimate but they were professional, friendly and fast. Other companies transferred me around a lot, gave a lot of excuses, and then low balled me to boot. Randall and Mike gave me quick, awesome estimates and sent Jacques out within like 2 hours! Jacques was so nice I called the manager and joined google to write this review. Please, do yourself a favor and call these guys. They really were the best service I've ever had dealing with my car in Miami; it's a shame I didn't know about them before my accident. They pick up for free too! I don't know what those 3 guys are getting paid but they are worth every penny and maybe a raise to boot. So worried about people being sue happy, don’t list yourself as a pull apart. Much less the greedy greasy owner speaks very poor English and try’s to make you seem less of a person. Not very knowledgeable in their parts neither. He tried to tell me an aluminum bolt and the bracket for the secondary air pump would at minimum be 80$. Stay away from this place. Hopefully it’ll shut down soon with very little sales, And their arrogant ego. The most price gouged place around this area. I just went to another pull apart and got my bolt and bracket for $13.50. They have the listing on face book as a part out. Also head to EBay for anything you need parts wise. Definitely call ahead before they try to Grape you.

The bad reviews you read are probably from impatient people who do not know what the other end of the phone deals with....I do because I deal with the public regularly , all I can say is for those who post negatives you probably are never satisfied with any real service .
