It was my first experience with Ramm and I can say it was a pleasant overall experience. Crew helped unload scrap from my trunk. They do ask for a lot of information which I found a little unusual but other than that the service was great. When I went to the cashier, I failed to catch a name but he was very helpful and even gave me a free T-Shirt for my first appearance and even went in depth to explain the upgrade program. Would definitely recommend to others!!

We should have read the reviews before leaving the house! Do not waste your time there!

They were so friendly, and helpful, they even walked out to my car to confirm the parts I needed. Do not go to the MLK location. We stood at the counter without being greeted for 12 minutes. The guy behind the counter found it more interesting to good on his phone than a knowledge our presence. We drove the Redman location and the young lady there took great care of me and had the battery we needed.
