It was my first experience with Ramm and I can say it was a pleasant overall experience. Crew helped unload scrap from my trunk. They do ask for a lot of information which I found a little unusual but other than that the service was great. When I went to the cashier, I failed to catch a name but he was very helpful and even gave me a free T-Shirt for my first appearance and even went in depth to explain the upgrade program. Would definitely recommend to others!!

They even came out and picked it up completely for free! I didn't expect them to send someone out the same day, just hours after I'd called! Wow...The guy they sent was very polite and friendly. He did his job quickly and efficiently. The whole process went really quickly and painlessly. So everything was great. They gave us more money for our car than anyone else was offering and best of all they paid right on the spot, all up front, in cash!10/10 would recommend them to anyone wanting to sell a car for scrap. This place is as legit as it gets!
