Service was good.Everything went okay til I got to the bank Sun Trust Hold up at All Auto Hustlers Bank....$7.00 bank fee to cash check at their Bank (Sun Trust).. Then they have to call corporate for authorization code.... 40+ minutes wait so far to get code so I can get cash. Better to get CASH for your car than a check.

Worst experience I've had. I talked to a nice lady who was very helpful but the problem was nothing was communicated to the towing people who were the most unprofessional people I've ever tried to work with. They lied to me about setting up my appointment wasting my time. Then when I tried to see what was going on they lied again then just hung up on me.
Great service. Go for it!I called earlier today because someone else had ripped us off on buying our car and ended up not paying us when they said they would. It's an old car and not worth much. So I was trying to sell it to someone else in a hurry. I called around to a bunch of places for offers, but this was the one that gave us the highest offer. They even came out and picked it up completely for free! I didn't expect them to send someone out the same day, just hours after I'd called! Wow...The guy they sent was very polite and friendly. He did his job quickly and efficiently. The whole process went really quickly and painlessly. So everything was great. They gave us more money for our car than anyone else was offering and best of all they paid right on the spot, all up front, in cash!10/10 would recommend them to anyone wanting to sell a car for scrap. This place is as legit as it gets!

Worst experience....!!!! Called to check for part for my parents truck who are in their 80's . Was put on hold to check the inventory. 10 minutes later someone picks back up and is unaware of what part I needed after putting me on hold to check for it, before I can reshare the details of why I'm calling, this person hangs up......Great work guys keep it up. Extremely disappointed with LKQ and their new return policy. Be smart with your money and buy used elsewhere. Between all their fees most of their stuff cost less anywhere else. They do not inventory or test anything in their yard. Nothing you buy here comes with a standard guarantee so if you waste your time pulling a part and what you purchase ends up being faulty they will not exchange or return it unless you spend about 30% more and buy their 90 warranty. At that point you’re better off just buying your part from a reputable salvage yard that pulls the part for you and gives you a standard 30 day warranty. They will also nickel and dime you. So if you plan on purchasing an engine make sure you strip it of any wiring, sensors, mounts, etc because they will charge you for them regardless of weather they are broken or not. These people sell used batteries for about $50 when you can literally pick up a brand new one at Walmart for about the same. Be smart with your time and money and use the same device your reading this review from to order your parts online or browse pricing. Car-part.com is good for that. Probably best to just use this place for things like body parts.
Everyone was great to work with! I had a vehicle that I wanted to get rid of, they gave me more money than I expected for it! They made the whole process so easy! Plus they had a some parts that I needed for my current car and the prices for them we very reasonable! Wish I could give more than 5 stars!
I was a little worried about this place based on some of the reviews. However, they were great! They came right on time (they said between 9-10am and got here at 9) and hooked up my car, gave me the agreed upon cash and left. The gentleman didn't speak English but had a translator on his phone and everything went fine. I went through Peddle to sell my car because they gave me the best offer. So if Mega Auto Recycling gets assigned to pick up your car, don't be nervous, they are excellent! Thanks Mega!
