I have rented boats all over the US and Spencer's Boat Rentals was the best one stop shop. Rick's got all the gear ready for rent and GPS and charts to hit all the best spots. He also does a fantastic job letting you know where to go. My group only spent 2 days on the water but we all agreed we could easily spend a week exploring the all the beauty the Keys have to offer. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. We purchased a Toyota yesterday from Keys auto. The salesman, Ray, was unbelievably helpful, patient, friendly, and very knowledgeable about all the cars he had for sale. He went out of his way to make sure we picked the right car and had a pleasant experience. The finance gentleman, John, had all the papers prepared quickly and we were out in less than an hour. They may purchasing a car a pleasant experience.

It's the quiet key! Made for relaxation and great fishing. Quietly tucked in-between the keys , Big Pine will steal your ❤️. When you arrive make sure you follow the posted speed limit. They have Key 🦌 deer and they are quite the tame ones. Also pay a visit to No Name Pub. It's old and small and has great Pizza and smoked fish dip. Heck it's just fun. A little pricey but it's vacation time, enjoy the ride.

They locked our car in their parking lot when signs make it appear as if it’s for their business and burdines. When we confronted one of the workers at 5:02 (two minutes after closing) he basically smirked, called his boss and told us to go to burdines as they had the only spare key. Turns out burdines no longer owns the lot so they did not have a spare key. Then he vanished and there was no one to help us. I can’t believe on a small island that the owners/workers would be so unwilling and disinterested in helping us get our car out of their lot that they locked in. Really disgusted in their lack of humanity.

Really nice staff. I work at a tire shop so I have high standards for other shops. I blew a tire in the Everglades and needed a specific tire to match my others (AWD vehicle), and they were able to quickly order in what I needed. The tire arrived early and they promptly called me to let me know I could come anytime. I swung in one morning and was in an out very quickly. Thanks for the help!Service: Tires

They were very nice and helpful but the price was unreasonable. They gave me a used, wrong-sized tire for $125 and told me to drive 90 minutes home and buy the right size from another shop. That's one expensive band-aid. I'm grateful they were open on Sunday and so helpful but I just wish they were priced more reasonably. A used tire in my hometown is $40 and that's for the right size one, and I understand paying for the labor but this should not have been over $60. You guys were so kind and I love what you're doing but I hope you can consider being more fair to those of us who also work hard for our money.

Good afternoon. I'm sure you get your share of complaints but thought it important that you and your crews get accolades as well. We live in Marathon (behind the airport). We recently moved here and currently rent a home. We left our yard waste out this morning and the truck only took one can and left the others. I happened to be up and ran out and flagged down the truck. I asked why it was left and the guys on the back of the truck politely explained that the cans were the large 50 gallon size and not 32. Also one of the cans that was the correct size was overweight. I didn't realize this and I appreciated the fact they took the time to explain. Not only that they offered the courtesy to take it this time.We take things like trash pickup for granted and I appreciate the effort by Lyndy, Blake and Chuck this morning. Great service!!

This store has gone down hill. Purchased a battery who cannot not install for my vehicle. Had I known I would of never purchased from here. I recommend asking prior to buying what their store is capable of doing and the knowledge of these people who don’t even know how to install wipers. I suggest going 100 feet and using advanced. I called the marathon office spoke to manager Lee regarding the managers name and he was kind enough to let me know his name. None of his staff members could express his name either. This is poor customer service in my opinion.I WILL NOT be purchasing from there again. I spoke with other locals around and stated that this is normal behavior coming from Gary the manager from this location. I refunded my purchase. Super sad.

Very helpful and fair, only place that will do headlights for free in town. Thank you ! The manager and employees are all awesome. Oh and someone left half a bottle of windshield wiper fluid outside and they helped me use that too 😅

New store manager is VERY lazy, Me and about 5 others waited in line while one AutoZone employee took care of us while the "Store Manager" was at A different register leaned over, on his phone. I also came at another time for an Diagnostic test, and instead of coming outside and helping me, He made me wait for a young man outside, who already was in the midst of changing a couple's battery and helping another with a headlight bulb replacement. I feel bad for the innocent employees , definitely won't be back.
