I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. We purchased a Toyota yesterday from Keys auto. I have rented boats all over the US and Spencer's Boat Rentals was the best one stop shop. Rick's got all the gear ready for rent and GPS and charts to hit all the best spots. He also does a fantastic job letting you know where to go. My group only spent 2 days on the water but we all agreed we could easily spend a week exploring the all the beauty the Keys have to offer. Very helpful and fair, only place that will do headlights for free in town. Thank you ! The manager and employees are all awesome. Oh and someone left half a bottle of windshield wiper fluid outside and they helped me use that too 😅

New store manager is VERY lazy, Me and about 5 others waited in line while one AutoZone employee took care of us while the "Store Manager" was at A different register leaned over, on his phone. I also came at another time for an Diagnostic test, and instead of coming outside and helping me, He made me wait for a young man outside, who already was in the midst of changing a couple's battery and helping another with a headlight bulb replacement. I feel bad for the innocent employees , definitely won't be back.

If I could give them a negative rating I would. I stopped going there years ago because of the horrendous service and lack of knowledge, but UPS has chosen this place to leave packages for me now so I'm forced to walk through hell again. After 2 unsuccessful trips my third bore fruit as I saw the package I was picking up on the shelf. My hopes were dashed, however, when the clerk said he had to check it out to me before I could take it. 25 minutes later, after arbitrarily pushing keys on the keyboard he left the station saying he was going to find a manager, so I did what I had to do- took my package and walked out. NEVER GO HERE UNLESS IT'S A MATTER OF LIFE AND DEATH! Use Auto Zone for all your automotive needs on Kw, they are much better.

Julie at the service desk provided good customer service, but the cashier in the office across the room was terrible and should not be working in customer service. I went to pay for a $4k repair and she wouldn’t even give me time to look through the documents before I signed off on them. If I’m going to be shelling out FOUR FREAKING THOUSAND dollars, I’m going to want to look through the receipt before I sign and pay for it. Also, most dealerships will waive your diagnostic fee if you get your repairs done with them. They wouldn’t waive our $167 diagnostic fee on a $4k repair. I will never be coming back here as long as I’m in the Keys.

Alex as well these people would take everything you got if you let him I mean they do tow cars and that's the only reason I gave him two stars if you need a tow truck that can tow your car but I would watch all your belongings
