Thank you ! The manager and employees are all awesome. Oh and someone left half a bottle of windshield wiper fluid outside and they helped me use that too 😅
New store manager is VERY lazy, Me and about 5 others waited in line while one AutoZone employee took care of us while the "Store Manager" was at A different register leaned over, on his phone. I also came at another time for an Diagnostic test, and instead of coming outside and helping me, He made me wait for a young man outside, who already was in the midst of changing a couple's battery and helping another with a headlight bulb replacement. I feel bad for the innocent employees , definitely won't be back.

I went to pay for a $4k repair and she wouldn’t even give me time to look through the documents before I signed off on them. If I’m going to be shelling out FOUR FREAKING THOUSAND dollars, I’m going to want to look through the receipt before I sign and pay for it. Also, most dealerships will waive your diagnostic fee if you get your repairs done with them. They wouldn’t waive our $167 diagnostic fee on a $4k repair. I will never be coming back here as long as I’m in the Keys.
