The only thing the guy on the phone could tell me is his battery in his vehicle has lasted over 2 years and his sons is lasting over a year and they have a 3 month policy and there’s nothing they can do. I see they care more about money than giving actual good service and solutions.

Finally got there no one was there that knew how to do anything they end up calling the guy who owns it and the Guy wanted $100 for seven bolts ended up going to pull apart. They gave it to me for free!! The whole place was just terrible communication. Rude would not recommend at all
**HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE INSIDE ** The lady at the desk was very rude with customers that had a lack of knowledge about getting in que. She was so rude that customers started cursing her out. Well I was next and she was as equally nasty to me as well. I have been shipping cars from Copart for years and the system for the que was malfunctioning. She needs to find a new line of work. She’s not qualified for the pressure of customer service.
