I arrived very close to closing time, and the young lady who assisted me was incredibly kind and professional. She truly didn’t have to help, given how late it was, but she went out of her way to quickly assist me and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Her patience, positive attitude, and willingness to help really stood out, and I was extremely grateful.

I recently sold my Toyota Tacoma through Cash4Cars/Copart. The easiest part is getting a quote from the rep. The worst part is everything after. During the whole process, just continuous lack of communication and attention to detail between all their departments costed me money in storage fees and time. They had me drop off the keys and title to truck at their office because the outsourced tow truck driver forgot to get it from me and so he basically just stole the truck. Then after signing paperwork, handing them the keys and title, receiving my check, their support staff is harassing me with e-mails and text because they dropped the ball on checking stuff our completely and accurately. Now copart is threatening with vehicle abandonment and storage fees to coerce me to fix their mistakes. Company has a serious disconnect with customer service and plays dirty. No accountability and completely unprofessional.
