I could not believe my eyes or what I was hearing. Elizabeth handled the situation so gracefully I really applaud her. You should never treat a co worker like that especially in front of customers. What we witnessed was just nasty and my heart dropped for her in that moment. Please teach your workers common decency and how to act in front of customers.
