I think the dispatcher under estimates the amount of time before the tow truck arrives. I assume this is NOT intentional, it took an hour to get towed but I was told it would be close to 30 minutes. So far it’s am still waiting but I hope the actual tow goes easy and quick . Ha!

Hook Recovery & Towing was fantastic! Unfortunately not a company that you look forward to calling but I was in desperate need since my car just decided to completely die on me in the middle of a thunderstorm. Two jumps later my car would still not turn on, so I had to call the towing service. I was told they would be there in an hour in which Brandon got to me in a little under an hour! We started talking and I explained to him the other car issues I have had and recent fixes. He asked me to look at it, and after looking under my hood found that a latch on the battery was loose and could be the issue. He went back into his truck got a wrench tightened the latch and told me to turn my car back on. I did and the thing started!! Slightly annoyed at myself that that had been the issue but appreciated Brandon listening to me and taking a look and fixing the problem instead of just towing it which would have incurred lots of other costs & me finding a mechanic in a place I am not familiar with. Thank you Hook Recovery & Towing and thank you Brandon for fixing the issue instead of just towing it, much appreciated!
