Then less than a week later my customer comes back with transmission issues again. The purchase was made in September & less than a week later I called & let them know the transmission was bad. Alex assured me he would have me a replacement the following week. Nothing this went on from the first week of October until today. I am still waiting on a replacement or refund. It has gotten to the point that they say I can bring the old transmission to them on Tuesday next week & I can get my old one & my refund. We will see. But when something only has a 30 day warranty & you ignore the customer until that 30 days is up, that doesn't relieve you of your responsibility. So use caution if you must buy from them. The only person that was helpful was their IT person.

I have the video of where my daughter was given a faulty transmission for 02 nissan frontier that you lied and said you had the transmission and didnt. So waited months on end to get one with bad bearings from you and said you would send a mechanic to check it out then avoided all calls and visits there!! Still have receipt and video of you if you want it posted! What comes around goes around!!! Best believe it!!!
