Do not trust the offer you get over phone, even after going over the state of the car in detail. I let the person on the phone know everything that was wrong and what was missing. The person that comes out to look at your car WILL completely screw you on the price and they’ll be highly disrespectful in the process. We had to go with it because we were moving and desperate to get it out of our driveway. But I would warn anyone else considering this joke of a business to stay away. I’ve seen the owner respond here and say that people are not being honest who complain about this, but when there are multiple experiences in the same vein, take heed in those experiences being what they are. I should have done more research ahead of time but I was running short on time and only saw testimonials on the website. Save your time and go with a company who will not only be respectful but will also be consistent.
