Used to be great, under new management and has majorly gone down hill... It seems like they don't even want to sell parts anymore. Very difficult to communicate with and rude. More than new prices for used parts you have to pull... Low quality business . I used to go every other week but will never go back. Save yourself time, money and sanity by going anywhere else.

We put it out on the 4th of January, and it was skipped. When I called to have them empty it, I was told that last week was the time to put it out and no one will be here to empty it until next week. I am done!!! I pay 3 to 6 months at a time, and what they are doing with their scheduling is idiotic!! Before I hung up the phone, I told their "customer service" person, to send someone to pick up their bin. I am through messing with them!!! No stars, if I could!!

A month ago, my 16 yr old son's car engine went out on his 2008 Subaru Legacy. The previous owner had sold him a lemon and refused to make it right even though we had only had it for a few months. We ended up getting it towed to Subaru to get it evaluated. The service team was AMAZING! They were kind, caring, and compassionate. They were straight forward and resourceful. We had answers quickly and options for the cost of the repair in a timely fashion. I felt the service team was really there for us in our time of need. Keep up the great work Subaru service department! We definitely will be back soon.
