THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST IN TOWN! I was in an accident and took my car over the same day to get a quote on repairs. They got my quote and sent it over to the guy’s insurance that hit me and the process was started. However, the insurance company was dragging their feet and not wanting to pay for the full cost of damages, but Jesse is the man! He covered the cost to fix what the insurance company wouldn’t! Him and his team at Valley helped make my stressful situation hassle free and when I got my car back it looked better than the day I bought it! I will forever be taking all of my vehicles to Valley Collision for paint and bodywork!

Not too long ago I was hit by another driver who ran a red light. Next thing I know, I’m in an ambulance heading to the ER. I wasn’t able to stick around to give a police report or contact anyone to move my car. Even though I didn’t have a choice in towing companies, I feel so blessed that it ended up here. In my first year of college, I purchased Cobalt (my car) with 8 miles on him, and we’ve traveled a good 80,000 miles together over the past 6 years. I am absolutely gutted by this loss, but the people here have been so kind, patient, and helpful. VCT has been an invaluable resource during this difficult time. They gave me tips on how to make sure I get fair compensation for this loss. They helped explain to me what to expect from insurance companies and what to be wary of. A very nice lady assured me I could contact her if I had any other questions or concerns about this process, and she didn’t make me feel like I was burdening her when I did. When the time came for me to sign the release papers, she gave me a sweatshirt. Maybe that seems insignificant, but when you’re going through losses like this, acts of generosity like that really make a difference.<br><br>*reminder* keep your eyes on the road when operating a motor vehicle. I feel so lucky to just be alive right now.
